60 mm axis height

Thick cheeks, AR-15, bullpup or just a tactical weapon? Our M60 with 60 mm axis height to the Picatinny rail is designed for those who value clearance.

With most bullpup weapons, the cheek rest is almost at the same height as the Picatinny rail. If you need more clearance here, the M60 is the best choice.

The high design ensures that the reticle can be found considerably faster, especially under a military background with helmet, intercom kit, protective vest, night vision goggles or chemical protective mask, and that it is more pleasant to work on the weapon, as the entire posture becomes more natural.

Curve Link

The Curve linked Quick Mount is the heart of the M60. Here, the mount and rifle become one unit. A uniquely geometrically improved layout of the Picatinny interface ensures that multiple optics can be changed with repeatable accuracy.

Quick Mount

Changing times of less than 5 seconds, normally only known from Formula 1, are now also available for a scope mount.

If the operating lever of the M60 is overstretched, the opposite clamp releases the Picatinny rail and the M60 can be removed. Due to the toggle joint and the recessed position of the operating lever, the M60 is well protected against unintentional opening.

Save Stop

The Save Stop can be struck with or against the direction of fire, as desired. Thus, the M60 can be used on both bolt action and semi-automatic rifles.

385 grams

Lighter than aluminum is only air. Therefore, the M60 completely removes areas that are not subject to mechanical stress. The result is low weight combined with high dynamic and static rigidity. At 385 grams, the M60 does not weigh significantly more than mounts from other manufacturers with axle heights of 48 mm.

Prepared for more

Tilt angle compensator, reflex sight or bubble level. For those who want more, our universal interface is just right. It is compatible with the attachments of ERA TAC. Thus, many different attachments are already available and tested.

Inclination

300 meters and more. That is what the M60 is built for. That is why it is available in 0 and 20 MOA as standard.

The size and direction of the pre-tilt are permanently engraved in the M60 and clearly visible.

Clear edges

We offer what others do not - clear edges. Our aluminum parts are deliberately not deburred by vibratory grinding processes, but come ready from the machine.

Material selection

We rely on alloys known from the aerospace industry. These include high-strength aluminum and steel alloys. Through special heat treatment conditions and FEM analyses, we lay the foundation for technically high-quality products.

With us, it doesn't just say stainless on the outside, it's also on the inside. Parts are often only superficially protected against corrosion. This is not sufficient for our requirements. We therefore use high-strength stainless steels for all parts that are not made of aluminum. Even if the surface is damaged, rust does not occur. Corrosion is therefore a thing of the past!

Surfaces

The surfaces of the aluminum components are best suited for the rough everyday use by hard anodizing with 50 µm layer thickness in black matt and clearly exceed the minimum requirements according to MIL-A-8625F Type III. In addition, all parts are sealed after anodizing. In this separate process step, some of the aluminum oxide is converted to boehmite - resulting in a significant improvement in corrosion resistance.

All stainless steel parts in the visible area are permanently colored black by a special process. The surfaces treated in this way are abrasion-resistant and very durable.

Standard parts

All installed screws are equipped with Torx drives. This ensures a safe transfer of the necessary torque.

In the scope of supply of each M60 all necessary tools are included. So you do not need to worry about anything else.

Whoever claims that standard parts made of stainless steel do not have sufficient strength, does not know the possibilities of the market. All cylindrical pins of the M60 are made of hardened stainless steel and additionally colored black. This is only available from us!

Monobloc design

Thanks to the monoblock design, axis parallelism of the mounted scope to the Curve linked Picatinny interface is a matter of course.

Thanks to 5-axis technology in conjunction with "Closed-Loop Manufacturing", in-process measurements of less than 0.25 µm are possible.

Scope of delivery

With us you get full service. All required tools are included in the scope of delivery. This includes an angle wrench with TX20 and an open-end wrench with 7 mm width across flats.
